Job summary

Walmart US is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team. You will own the delivery of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US, ensuring on-time, on-budget results and high quality.

You will partner with store team leads to supervise hourly associates, manage escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track. Travel is required; Walmart offers strong career progression and internal promotion culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 1 year PM experience, or 3 years PM/space design experience.
• Experience in project management, space management, store design, or operations.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration.
