Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team in the US. You will own the delivery of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects nationwide, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

You will supervise hourly team members and partner with store leadership to keep initiatives on track. The role requires overnight travel up to 1000 miles from home, frequent trips up to 80% of the time, and being based from a home store with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
• All associates in role January 1, 2021 or after will need to sign an updated JD including the above language (but will not be impacted).

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in your assigned stores. Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders.
• Supervise hourly team members and mentor development opportunities for associates.
• Travel frequently across the US to support remodels, new stores and special projects.
