Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a Realty Project Coach to lead store and club remodels, new store projects, and special initiatives across the United States. You will ensure projects finish on schedule and within budget while upholding Walmart standards, supervising hourly staff, and resolving escalations with store leadership.

You’ll travel to project sites, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and contribute to a culture of internal promotion and career growth across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required OR 1 year of related experience, or 3 years of related experience.
• Experience leading projects, teams, or cross-functional initiatives is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of real estate remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US.
• Supervise hourly team members and manage escalations with store leadership.
• Travel frequently to project sites and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain budget, scope, and timelines.
