You will partner with store leads to supervise staff, resolve escalations, and coordinate with leadership to keep projects on track. The role involves extensive travel across the US, overnight shifts, and developing associates through mentorship and training,

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, or store design.
• Ability to lead projects and cross-functional teams to meet timelines.
