Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.

• Lead store/club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track.
• Travel up to 1000 miles from home; overnight stays; work primarily overnight shifts as part of project delivery.
