Walmart Realty is seeking a Realty Project Coach to drive store remodels, new stores, and special projects nationwide. You will own project execution, partner with store leads, and supervise hourly teams to ensure on-time, on-budget results with top quality standards.

Role includes frequent travel and collaboration with store leadership to resolve escalations. Overnight shifts and a focus on development opportunities for associates are key aspects of the role.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with related experience, or 3 years in project management, space management, store design, operations, or data analysis.
• Experience in leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams.

Mansioni

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores and communicate plans to key stakeholders.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track.
• Travel frequently across the US to project sites and manage deployments.
