Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 1 year of project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of related experience.
Willingness to travel up to 1000 miles from home for project work.
Master’s degree and relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., Project Management Professional).

Responsibilities

Own the execution of store remodels, new stores, clubs, and special projects across the US.
Coordinate with store team leads, supervise hourly team members, and escalate issues as needed.
Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders to minimize impact on operations.
Travel to project sites across the US as required.
Develop associates through supervision, mentoring, and career path guidance.
