Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (required).
• Experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, or data analysis is expected.
• 1 year of experience or 3 years of experience in related areas.

• Own the execution of retail remodels and new store projects across the US.
• Lead and supervise hourly team members; coordinate with store leadership.
• Communicate plans and obstacles to key stakeholders; travel as needed.
