Job summary

Supabase, the open‑source, Postgres‑based backend platform, is hiring a Product Manager for Supabase Realtime. You will own the surface area developers use to build live, collaborative apps—Broadcast, Presence, Postgres Changes, and more.

In this fully remote role, collaborate with Engineering, Design and GTM to shape the developer experience, define priorities, and drive pricing and outcomes based on data to move fast and deliver value at scale.

Qualifications

5+ years of Product Management experience on developer tools or equivalent depth as an ex-founder.
Owned an app development platform/feature where real-time was core to the developer experience.
Proven ability to derive insights from data and instrument product telemetry.
Familiar with Postgres and logical replication concepts.
Work asynchronously in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with customers of all sizes to shape the Realtime roadmap.
Own problem statements and rationale behind roadmap decisions with Eng and Design.
Shape Realtime evolution and its role in future app experiences and AI integrations.
Own Realtime packaging and pricing in coordination with Pricing, Finance and Billing.
Use data to understand developer usage and determine what to tackle first.
Keep Engineering, Design and GTM aligned and communicate the plan of record.
