Job summary

Supabase is seeking a Product Manager for Realtime. You’ll own the surface developers use to build live, collaborative, and event-driven apps on Supabase: Broadcast, Presence, Postgres Changes, and future capabilities.

You’ll work closely with the Realtime Engineering team and with partners across Product Management, Design and GTM. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Product Management experience on developer tools or as a founder with equivalent depth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience on developer tools, or an ex-founder with equivalent depth.
• Owned an app development platform/real-time feature where real-time was core to the developer experience.
• Data-driven mindset; you query and clean your own findings for product instrumentation.
• Comfortable with Postgres and familiar with logical replication.
• Work async by default; Supabase is fully remote; decisions are written.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers of all sizes and expertise levels.
• Own the problem statements and solution rationale behind the Realtime roadmap.
• Shape how Realtime evolves to enable future application experiences.
• Own Realtime packaging and pricing in collaboration with Pricing, Finance and Billing.
• Use data to understand how developers use Realtime features and prioritize work.
• Keep Engineering, Design and GTM aligned; own the plan of record.
