Qualifications

• Embedded and real-time programming in C/C++ and Python across constrained hardware.
• Hands-on imaging include sensor setup, exposure control, and ISP calibration.
• Low-latency video and telemetry path development on embedded hardware.
• Digital signal processing, image processing, and sensor fusion knowledge.
• Experience integrating sensors, actuators, and comms with time synchronization.
• Strong debugging across hardware, firmware, and software boundaries.
• Ability to own technical challenges end-to-end from concept to product.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Write real-time firmware for constrained hardware.
• Apply signal processing, imaging, and estimation to extract information.
• Fuse sensors to improve reliability in dynamic environments.
• Own camera behaviour including exposure and calibration for consistent results.
• Build the video and data paths with low latency and clarity.
• Integrate complete systems by connecting sensors, actuators, and interfaces.
• Debug across hardware, firmware, and software to root cause issues.
• Take ideas from prototype to product with rapid validation.
• Make results legible for debugging and system evaluation.
• Work in the field with real aircraft to validate designs.
