Job summary

VECTORNET is seeking an experienced VDC Project Manager based in the greater Tampa area. This hands-on leadership role requires a background in LiDAR scanning and project management. You will coordinate Reality Capture Technicians, oversee project execution, and manage client interactions.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in VDC or related fields, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to travel up to 75% throughout the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in LiDAR scanning, Reality Capture, Virtual Design & Construction (VDC), BIM, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience managing technical projects from planning through completion.
• Experience leading field crews and mentoring technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute terrestrial and mobile reality capture projects.
• Develop project schedules, staffing plans, and execution strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
