Job summary

Discovery Life Sciences is seeking a driven Marketing Manager to plan and execute marketing programs across genomics, proteomics, flow cytometry, molecular pathology, and CDx. This hands-on role partners with Scientific Affairs and Sales to translate portfolio strategy into impactful campaigns and events.

You will own end-to-end campaigns, content, and events, while growing into a strategic marketing leader within a fast-growing, scientifically complex portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3+ years marketing in biopharma, diagnostics, or life science industries in a marketing role.
• Bachelor’s degree in life science, marketing, or related field.
• Exposure to genomics, proteomics, or molecular pathology preferred.
• Hands-on experience with multi-channel campaigns (digital, content, email, events).
• CRM platforms experience required; Salesforce preferred; marketing automation (Pardot) a plus.
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines is a plus.
• Strong project management, organization, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the SLS marketing plan with leadership; campaigns, content, and events.
• Partner with Scientific Affairs and sales to create scientifically accurate messaging.
• Support market share growth across biopharma, diagnostics, CROs, and life science customers.
• Plan conference presence, pre-scheduled meetings, and hosted sessions.
• Produce data-driven collateral, decks, notes, case studies, ads, and social content.
• Track KPIs and report performance to the Strategic Marketing lead.
• Manage marketing calendar, timelines, and budget line items.
• Capture voice-of-customer insights and monitor competitive activity.
• Support enablement of commercial teams on new services and initiatives.
• Collaborate across teams with initiative and accountability.
