N-iX is seeking a Senior Voice AI Engineer to lead real-time speech pipelines for a leading regional mobile operator. You will design, deploy, and optimize streaming STT→LLM→TTS workflows on AWS, manage real-time ASR/TTS endpoints, and integrate with telephony and omnichannel platforms.

• 4+ years in machine learning and Speech Processing focused on real-time conversational AI.
• Expertise with Amazon SageMaker real-time endpoints and Bedrock.
• Experience with low-latency audio processing and streaming inference.
• Strong GPU optimization and container orchestration skills.
• Knowledge of telephony integrations (Avaya, Genesys) and real-time decisioning.

Responsabilidades

• Design and operationalize end-to-end real-time STT→LLM→TTS voicebot pipelines on AWS.
• Deploy production Whisper ASR and Azerbaijani TTS models with low latency endpoints.
• Implement Bedrock Proxy Gateway on EKS for multi-model routing and high throughput.
• Integrate voicebot/chatbot engines with Avaya, Genesys, and CVM platforms.
• Establish LLMOps & MLOps pipelines using SageMaker Pipelines and MLflow.
