Job summary

Genentech, a member of the Roche group, seeks a Senior Director, Data Management & Analytical Data Science Solutions to lead Biometrics product strategy, data ingestion, processing, and AI integration in clinical development. You will bridge science and engineering, defining the architectural roadmap and analytics vision for global pipelines.

You will manage cross-functional teams, ensure GxP compliance, and drive AI-native solutions across regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a science or technology discipline.
• 10+ years in Product Engineering and Business Analysis with pharma/biotech Biometrics experience.
• 4+ years in a leadership role managing interdisciplinary teams.
• Fluency in modern software architecture and AI agents in biometrics workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term product roadmap and financial objectives.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities and track KPIs for business outcomes.
• Lead modernization and scaling of cloud-native data pipelines.
• Oversee end-to-end portfolio from ideation to retirement.
• Architect seamless UX for internal scientists and clinicians.
• Manage global teams, SaaS vendors, and delivery partners.
• Drive data-informed decision making and cross-functional collaboration.
