Job summary

Allegiant is seeking a Controller, Station Operations Control and Recovery to manage real-time SOCR operations at the desk, coordinating irregular operations, recovery actions, and communication with stations and vendors during day-of operations.

The role requires a high level of English proficiency, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, potentially high-stress environment. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English to receive and understand instructions and directives and interact with customers.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Executes real-time station coordination at the desk during the operational window, maintaining situational awareness and applying SOCR procedures and standards.
• Works all phases of irregular operations—from assessment to documentation—for scheduled service, charters, DOD charters, and repositioning flights.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for stations during IROPs and delays, ensuring timely and accurate information flow between stations, vendors, and SOCR leadership.
• Executes customer recovery actions, including compensation issuance and service recovery coordination within established SOCR standards.
• Coordinates service recovery elements with outside vendors (hotels, transportation, food/beverage outlets).
• Establishes and maintains proactive communications with stations, operational departments, regulatory agencies, and charter-related entities.
