Job summary

VERSANT Media seeks a versatile Real Time Graphic Artist Manager, Sports, to lead a team of real-time artists and drive high-fidelity visuals for live production. The role blends creative direction with technical execution in Vizrt and Unreal Engine, focusing on efficiency and broadcast-ready graphics.

The candidate will oversee modeling, texturing, lighting, and integration pipelines while guiding performance reviews and professional growth within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in 3D and real-time production, with at least 4 years in sports/entertainment markets.
• Leadership experience in a creative studio or production environment.
• Proficiency with Vizrt and Unreal Engine for live data-driven graphics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of real-time artists, with regular 1-on-1s and performance reviews.
• Coordinate task assignments with real-time graphics producers using project-management tools.
• Provide actionable art direction to meet high visual standards and real-time constraints.
• Translate creative concepts into robust technical implementations for live production.
