Job summary

Sports Careers seeks an Associate, Real-Time Systems to design, configure, operate, and troubleshoot graphics systems powering NFL Media’s digital graphics experiences. You will support Viz graphics workflows, ticker systems, L-Bar apps, data integrations, and real-time content delivery to ensure reliable production operations.

You will work with production, engineering, and operations teams during major events, maintaining documentation and pursuing automation improvements to reduce disruptions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 3+ years supporting broadcast graphics, production tech, or real-time systems.
• Experience with Vizrt, graphics rendering, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Viz graphics systems and related software to ensure reliable delivery across platforms.
• Support end-to-end graphics workflows including data-driven Viz graphics and ticker content for on-air and digital presentations.
• Maintain RTS applications, databases, APIs, and automation tools while validating data flow between services.
• Serve as frontline technical resource during live productions to minimize disruptions.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support NFL channel graphics and digital platform delivery.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and workflows, identifying automation opportunities.
• Assist with preparation, testing, deployment, and support for major league events like the NFL Draft and Super Bowl.
