Job summary

FlightSafety International seeks an intermediate software engineer to develop and support real-time simulator software, including display management, image processing, and system integration with OEM software.

You will work with the DMS team on a C# .NET application to create seamless multi-display experiences for pilots. The role spans requirements, design, development, testing, documentation, and end-user support within a collaborative, agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Applied Mathmatics or other applicable technical field; and two years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of related experience in software engineering preferred.
• Strong knowledge in C#, system-level debugging, software architecture and physics/mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Develop software for simulator systems, including real-time simulation and integration with OEM software.
• Support the DMS C# .NET application to create immersive multi-display experiences for pilots in flight simulators.
• Participate in all phases of software development: requirements, design, development, testing, integration, documentation and end-user support.
