Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking a Salesforce Service Cloud Developer with Kafka integration experience to build real-time, event-driven customer service workflows using Platform Events, the Pub/Sub API, and external Kafka clusters. The role requires hands-on development with Apex, LWC, Flows, and CDC, plus experience with middleware like MuleSoft to bridge Kafka with Salesforce.

Qualifications

Experience configuring Salesforce Service Cloud, Apex, Flows, and Platform Events.
Hands-on Kafka integration, including Producers/Consumers and Kafka Connect.
Knowledge of Change Data Capture (CDC), REST/Streaming APIs, and CRM data modeling.
Familiarity with Pub/Sub API and middleware like MuleSoft.
Ability to design event-driven real-time workflows between Service Cloud and Kafka.

Responsibilities

Design real-time data streaming between Service Cloud (Cases, Contacts, Work Orders) and Kafka topics.
Implement Salesforce Pub/Sub API or MuleSoft bridges to connect Kafka with Salesforce.
Develop custom Apex/LWC to publish or consume event messages in Service Cloud.
Configure Omni-Channel routing and Service Console enhancements.
Integrate Einstein Bots or other AI tools where appropriate.
