Job summary

OneStream is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions. You will work across Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and platform integrations to extend the system beyond its out-of-the-box capabilities.

You will partner with the Business Systems team to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions while following secure coding and release practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science/Info Systems.
• Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce development experience including Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required (II a plus).
• In-depth knowledge of standard SFDC capabilities with custom code/integrations.
• Experience with SOQL/SOSL, REST/SOAP web services, and third-party integrations.
• Experience with version control and CI/CD tools (Salesforce DX, Gearset, Copado).
• Experience debugging components and code built by other developers.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow, adhering to coding standards.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST, SOAP, and platform events.
• Write and maintain Apex unit tests to meet code coverage requirements.
• Debug and troubleshoot components and code written by peers and third-party packages.
• Manage deployments across sandboxes with version control and CI/CD tooling.
• Collaborate to design data models, UI, business logic, and security for custom apps.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and lead regression testing ahead of upgrades.
