• Evaluate scheduling requests while balancing forecasted staffing needs.
• Support training, telephony skilling, and new hire readiness initiatives.
• Apply analytical thinking and sound judgment to daily tasks and projects.
• Adapt quickly to changing business needs and manage multiple priorities.
• Build partnerships with associates, leaders and stakeholders with clear communication.
• Operate Verint, AWS and Avaya to support efficient contact center operations.
