Job summary

The Town of Queen Creek Police Department seeks a senior administrative staff member to support Real Time Information Center operations. The role focuses on technology-based investigative support, incident reporting, and open-source data queries to aid public safety response.

You will handle multiple systems, maintain confidentiality, and communicate critical information under pressure. A high school diploma and 3 years' related experience are required, with background checks and DPS

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent Combination.
• Knowledge of law enforcement operations and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Actively supports and upholds police department mission and values.
• Observes and reports criminal elements from video streams to dispatchers.
• Prepares incident and investigative reports clearly and concisely.
• Monitors multiple technology systems (laptops, cameras, radios, phones).
• Performs data queries across criminal justice databases for real-time support.
• Handles data entry and retrieval from various computer systems and software.
• Applies criminal justice protocols and follows agency policies.
• Communicates important facts during and after police responses.
• Immediately reports significant incidents to supervisor.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
