Job summary

The City of Boulder is seeking a Real-Time Information Center Analyst to support criminal investigations and incident management. You will monitor CAD/RMS and camera systems, disseminate critical data, and assist with remote assets such as Drone as First Responder operations.

Working in a PSIC environment, you will coordinate with detectives and analysts, prepare intelligence summaries, and maintain case materials while providing excellent customer service and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; four years may substitute for education.
• Two years of related law enforcement experience required.
• Ability to obtain National and State Crime Information Systems certification within 90 days.
• Ability to handle confidential information and multi-task under pressure.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CAD, RMS, cameras, and other data to support incidents.
• Disseminate time-sensitive information to officers during calls.
• Operate video management and track suspect or vehicle movements.
• Conduct real-time research using law enforcement databases and OSINT.
• Create real-time bulletins, BOLOs, and intelligence summaries.
• Provide crime analysis support and assist with incident coordination.
