Qualifications
- Two years of experience in systems applications analysis, programming or telecommunications functions.
- Two years of experience in installation and maintenance of digital systems or related telecom equipment.
- 15 hours of IT course work including programming languages and operating systems.
Responsibilities
- Establish business relationships with PFD sections and document their needs.
- Provide technical support for critical functions and applications, including planning, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Create data queries, scripts, workflows, and reports; train end users.
