Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Plano, TX, is seeking a Production Support Specialist to manage the day-to-day stability of the Consumer and Small Business Card Decision and Underwriting application environment. You will lead triage calls, coordinate across teams, and promptly restore services during incidents.

The role requires building dashboards and alerts using Splunk and Dynatrace, with on-call coverage including nights and weekends. 4+ years of experience and ITIL familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent)
• 4+ years of experience in production support or similar roles
• Strong experience with Splunk and Dynatrace for monitoring and alerting
• Experience with Windows and Linux systems
• Familiarity with ticketing tools (Remedy, ServiceNow) and on-call environments

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day production support for the Credit Card Decision and Underwriting environment.
• Lead root cause analysis and quick service restoration for outages.
• Develop monitoring dashboards and alerts to reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, development, and QA teams on releases and upgrades.
• Manage on-call coverage including nights and weekends.
