JPMorganChase, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Product Delivery Manager in the Payments Data & Analytics group to enable stable, scalable product delivery and support change initiatives.

You will work with cross-functional teams, understand the payment lifecycle, and help drive UAT testing, risk controls, and deployment processes. This role offers competitive base pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Familiarity with SQL and Python.
• Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area.
• Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities.
• Experience in product deployment processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies.
• Support and collaborates with different project deliveries, enabling UAT testing and cross impact analysis.
• Understand payment lifecycle and be able to articulate with consumers and key stakeholders.
• Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources.
