Qualifications

• 5+ years in WFM with at least 1 year in an RTA role.
• Experience coaching and conducting formal reviews.
• Proficient with WFM tools and dashboards.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of 6–8 RTAs.
• Monitor intraday performance and adjust staffing.
• Own real-time playbooks and SOPs.
• Provide actionable insights in reviews.
