You will own hiring, onboarding, reviews, and performance plans, monitor service levels and staffing in real time, and drive playbook improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Workforce Management with at least 1 year in an RTA position and at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency with WFM tools such as Assembled (preferred) or similar platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate real-time operational data into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6–8 Real-Time Analysts.
• Remain a hands-on operator, monitoring real-time performance with dashboards.
• Own the full people management lifecycle—hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and corrective actions.
• Escalate system outages or staffing challenges and recommend mitigations.
• Develop and evolve the team's real-time playbooks, SOPs, and best practices.
