Blink Health is seeking a Real-Time Analyst Manager to lead an intraday performance team in Pittsburgh. This role blends hands-on real-time operations with frontline people leadership, ensuring service levels and staffing align with demanding patient care goals.

The position requires 5+ years in Workforce Management, including supervisory experience, and a proven ability to drive process improvements in a fast-paced healthcare operations environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Workforce Management (WFM), with at least 1 year in an RTA position.
• Experience managing people through the full performance lifecycle — coaching and reviews.
• Proficiency with WFM tools such as Assembled (preferred).
• Strong analytical skills; Excel/Sheets; knowledge of SQL/Python is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Healthcare or regulated contact center experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6–8 Real-Time Analysts, fostering accountability and excellence.
• Own full people-management lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, reviews, and PIPs when needed.
• Set clear expectations; provide regular feedback and structured 1:1s for growth.
• Escalate intraday issues and act as decision-maker during high-pressure moments.
• Identify skill gaps and source training to improve performance.
