Blink Health is seeking a Director of Operations Analytics & Workforce Strategy to lead planning and analytics across patient services and pharmacy operations. You will define staffing models, forecast demand, and build scalable analytics to support growth while maintaining patient experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of analytics, operations strategy, consulting, business operations, or workforce management.
• Experience in a high-volume operational environment (contact center, healthcare, logistics, or similar).
• Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one BI tool (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar).
• Proven ability to build financial and operational models in Excel or Python/R.
• Experience building, leading, and developing high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define workforce strategy, staffing models, and capacity plans balancing cost, quality, and patient experience.
• Lead strategic analyses turning staffing tradeoffs and site decisions into actionable recommendations.
• Model headcount and budget implications of operations decisions with scenario analysis.
• Synthesize analyses for executive stakeholders to drive decisions.
