Job summary

Blink Health in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Real-Time Analyst (RTA) Manager to lead a 6–8 person RTAs team and stay hands-on with intraday operations. This player-coach role balances people leadership with real-time performance management to ensure service levels and effective staffing.

You will partner with Scheduling, Forecasting, and Operations to align planned vs. actual staffing, develop playbooks, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced healthcare tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Workforce Management (WFM), with at least 1 year in an RTA position.
• Demonstrated experience managing people through the full performance lifecycle.
• Proficiency with WFM tools such as Assembled (preferred) or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets; SQL, Python, or data visualization experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6–8 Real-Time Analysts, fostering accountability and operational excellence.
• Own the full people management lifecycle for your team—hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and actions as needed.
• Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct 1:1s for growth.
• Serve as escalation point during high-pressure intraday situations and communicate risks/opportunities.
