Qualifications

• Active FINRA Series 7 license is required.
• FINRA Series 57 license is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a cross-functional mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• SQL experience for issue investigation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time trading operational support for all NYSE Group Exchanges.
• Monitor trading activity, system performance, and electronic trading across Exchange products.
• Execute daily checkout procedures and maintain accurate logs of issues and resolutions.
• Assist member firms with inquiries related to order types, routing, and trading functionality.
• Collaborate with System Operations to escalate production issues and understand workflows.
• Coordinate with Technology, Product Management, and Relationship Management to onboard users and resolve issues.
• Communicate market status updates and operational notices promptly.
• Develop expertise in proprietary trading systems and back-office tools to support client interactions.
