Job summary

Winning Assistants, Inc. is seeking a Live Medical Scribe to support providers during live patient consultations and document encounters in real time. You will use Nudge AI and eClinicalWorks to capture and organize notes with high accuracy.

Required is 1 year of scribing experience, strong medical terminology knowledge, and proficient patient communication. Role emphasizes confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a medical scribe or similar live-documented role.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical documentation standards.
• Ability to collect patient histories, review medications, and assist with questionnaires.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted medical scribing tools and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Document clinical encounters in real time during live patient consultations.
• Utilize Nudge AI to capture, review, edit, and organize notes for accuracy.
• Communicate with patients to collect histories and assist with pre-consult questionnaires.
• Update and maintain patient records in eClinicalWorks (eCW).
• Document orders and referrals as directed by providers and ensure completeness.
• Review AI-generated notes for missing information and errors.
• Follow up on incomplete notes and pending referrals between encounters.
• Provide admin support to maintain efficient clinical workflows.
