Job summary

Aurora is seeking a Control Tower Analyst to coordinate vehicle movements, data exchanges, and warehousing activities across a multi-site supply chain. You will triage priorities, pair operations with systems like NetSuite and JIRA, and implement improvements to speed and reliability.

You will work closely with Implementation Teams and continuously seek innovative tools to optimize logistics, including AI and automation, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in logistics, dispatch, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Proven ability to adopt new technology (AI tools, automation, NetSuite) and champion it with peers.
• Proven ability to switch rapidly across multiple tasks, projects, stakeholders, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle Movement & Dispatch Coordination: coordinate movement of all Aurora vehicles, triage priorities, schedule and track movements.
• Data Exchange & Systems Coordination: manage exchanges across NetSuite, EDI, JIRA and partner systems; test new technology.
• Warehousing & Reverse Logistics: coordinate warehousing activity and reverse logistics across sites and partners.
• Stakeholder Alignment & Communication: serve as the connective layer between logistics execution and stakeholder orgs; communicate risk and delays.
• Continuous Improvement: develop plans to close gaps and design interim solutions when needed.
• IA/tools adoption: actively seek out and test new technology including AI and automation to improve speed, accuracy, and scale.
