Aurora Innovation Inc. in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Logistics Analyst for the Control Tower to coordinate real-time vehicle movements, data exchanges, and warehousing activities across a growing network.

You will work closely with ERP, EDI, and JIRA systems to ensure accurate, timely information and swift issue resolution. You will champion new technologies, including AI tools and automation, and design interim solutions for emerging challenges while supporting continuous improvement across

Qualifications

5+ years in logistics, dispatch, transportation, or supply chain ops.
Proven track record adopting new tech (AI, automation, NetSuite).
Able to switch rapidly across tasks, projects, stakeholders, deliverables.
Experience navigating supplier and carrier portals for vehicle or freight movements.
Autonomous decision-making in time-sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate vehicle movement across Aurora network including end-of-line transport, service moves, inter-site transfers.
Manage data exchanges across NetSuite, EDI, JIRA, and partner systems.
Coordinate warehousing activity and reverse logistics across Aurora sites and partners.
Engage with internal and external partners by phone, Slack, and email under time pressure.
Develop continuous improvement plans to close gaps and prevent fires.
