Qualifications

• 10+ years leading multi-site engineering and field teams in deployment projects.
• BS in Mechanical, Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience scaling distributed operations across many sites.
• Strong cost and schedule leadership across deployments.
• Willingness to travel 20-40%.
• PE license a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional team from kickoff through design, build, install, to steady-state operation.
• Own cost and schedule discipline across deployment pipeline.
• Set operating rhythm, processes, and metrics for multi-site deployments.
• Ensure robust, field-proven systems (tanks, silos, controls).
• Manage vendor/consultant relationships across hardware and design.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, remote monitoring, and field service dispatch.
• Track fleet uptime, reliability, and service cost.
• Contribute to long-term deployment strategy and roadmap.
