Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting global IP networks.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, and Arista platforms.
• Strong Layer-2 knowledge (VLANs, trunking, STP, LACP).
• Strong Layer-3 fundamentals (BGP basics, OSPF/IS-IS concepts).
• NAT fundamentals and troubleshooting experience.
• Multicast fundamentals (IGMP, PIM).
• Packet capture and analysis skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support add/move/change (MAC) activities across production financial-markets networks.
• Configure and troubleshoot Layer-2 and Layer-3 network services.
• Assist with BGP, OSPF, and IS-IS routing changes and troubleshooting.
• Support NAT configuration and fault isolation.
• Assist with IP multicast used for market data distribution.
• Perform packet capture and traffic analysis.
• Assist with Layer-1 troubleshooting including physical connectivity.
• Follow disciplined change, documentation, and operational processes.
• Work with senior engineers on automation-enabled configuration.
