Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting global IP networks.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, and Arista platforms.
• Strong Layer-2 knowledge including VLANs and trunking.
• Strong Layer-3 fundamentals including BGP and OSPF.
• Experience with NAT configuration and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of multicast protocols IGMP and PIM.
• Skills in packet capture and traffic analysis.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support add/move/change activities across production networks.
• Configure and troubleshoot Layer-2 and Layer-3 services.
• Assist with routing changes using BGP and OSPF.
• Support NAT configuration and fault isolation.
• Assist with IP multicast for market data distribution.
• Perform packet capture and traffic analysis.
• Assist with Layer-1 troubleshooting.
• Follow change and documentation processes.
• Work with senior engineers on automation workflows.
