CertaSite is seeking a Scheduler to manage the daily flow of field crew activities and coordinate with service managers, office staff, technicians and customers to keep work on track.

You will monitor schedules, allocate field work, handle emergency assignments, and adjust plans in real time in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. This role offers growth and various employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in construction management, logistics, or business-related field. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to understand standard construction scheduling procedures and practices.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all field projects after coordination with internal and external departments.
• Ensure crews have sufficient work and flag irregular performance.
• Monitor field productivity, utilization, overtime, and travel time for management reports.
