Tyson Foods is seeking a Real Time Feed Conversion supervisor at Cobb-Vantress Three Springs Farm in Rose, OK. The role focuses on supervising and training staff, maintaining feed conversion machinery, and ensuring bird care and data accuracy.

The position requires staying on a 1st shift schedule with early start times. Benefit packages include health, dental, vision, life insurance and 401(k) with stock options, eligible on day one of full-time hire.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the United States for interview eligibility.
• Must have at least 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer.
• No gaps in employment >6 months in the past 36 months; if laid off or caregiving, gap may extend to 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising and training team members in Real Time Feed Conversion.
• Inspect and prepare FCR units for data collection and operation.
• Record data on line, bird weight, medications, feed and mortality as instructed.
• Troubleshoot and repair machines and assist with biosecurity and safety procedures.
• Lead positions must maintain 4 attendance points or fewer.
