Cobb-Vantress Three Springs Farm in the United States is hiring for a role assisting with supervising, supporting and training Team Members in Real Time Feed Conversion. The position involves cleaning, storing, reassembling, testing and maintaining Feed Conversion processing machinery and caring for birds in RTFC houses.

The role requires attention to data, bird welfare and biosecurity, with a start pay of $21.20 per hour plus shift differentials; full benefits start on day one of full-time hire.

Qualifications

• 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer; no gaps >6 months in past 36 months.
• Rehire criteria: max 3 times at Cobb/Tyson Foods.
• Experience with supervising or supporting teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train Team Members in Real Time Feed Conversion.
• Assist with operating processing machinery and maintain data collection.
• Inspect birds, monitor health, and manage mortality as directed.
• Perform preventative maintenance on processing equipment.
• Record line metrics, bird weight, feed and water intake, and mortality.
