Qualifications

• BS in Robotics, CS, ECE, Mechatronics or related field.
• Proficiency in C++ and Python.
• Strong understanding of camera models, distortion, geometry.
• Experience with SLAM, camera calibration, stereo vision or similar.
• Experience in resource-constrained or embedded environments.
• Able to communicate across hardware, software, firmware, and manufacturing teams.
• Eligible to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design real-time target detection, classification and tracking models for embedded platforms.
• Build and refine camera and sensor calibration pipelines for multi-sensor sight assemblies.
• Develop pose estimation and localization algorithms using multi-view geometry.
• Profile, optimize and deploy vision models on constrained hardware.
• Create testing frameworks and evaluate detection/tracking under operational conditions.
• Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to integrate vision into hardware.
