Job summary

Western Alliance Bank is seeking a Card Operations Administrator II - Servicing to process debit and credit card requests, manage real-time maintenance, and ensure quality across cases. You’ll collaborate with front-line servicing teams and grow knowledge of card benefits and operations within the card services group.

The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance with internal procedures, and timely handling of inquiries, with exposure to production workflows and reporting responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in Credit card or Debit card operations, servicing or support or similar field.
• Entry to Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations and card products.
• Experience with CRM tools and working in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and commercial credit card maintenance and inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Meet or exceed SLA expectations for inquiries or requests.
• Process quality control requests and provide feedback to management.
• Index daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly standard reports for card transactions.
• Maintain accurate cardholder records in bank systems.
