Job summary

ENVENTION is seeking mid-level software engineers with strong C++ and real-time middleware experience to support sensor integration and tracking for the Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS). You will develop high-performance sensor processing software in Linux, implement RTI DDS-based messaging, and contribute to CID-enabled tracking to provide real-time tactical capabilities.

You will work in an Agile SAFe environment, collaborating across disciplines, and participate in system integration

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

Develop Low-Latency C++ Software in Linux environments.
Implement Middleware Messaging using RTI DDS for high-throughput publish/subscribe across distributed nodes.
Process Sensor & Tracking Data from sensors such as Sentinel A3/A4 to maintain a composite track.
Integrate Combat Identification (CID) logic for rapid threat discrimination.
Execute in SAFe/SCRUM using Jira/Confluence for planning and tracking software increments.
System integration and testing with hardware interfaces and broader battle management nodes.
