Job summary

Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking software engineers to design and implement advanced tracking algorithms for air and missile threats and to develop real-time radar data processing systems. You will work with small teams to deliver production-grade software that protects lives and assets.

Qualified candidates have 8+ years of experience, strong C++ and Python skills, a solid math background, and the ability to obtain a U.S. TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Strong programming in C++ and Python.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.
• Solid foundation in linear algebra, probability, statistics, and differential equations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced tracking algorithms for air and missile threats.
• Develop real-time software to process radar data and track many targets.
• Collaborate with radar engineers to integrate tracking into defense systems.
• Optimize tracking software for low-latency, critical environments.
• Support customer demonstrations and field tests.
