Job summary

PeopleTec, Inc. in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Software Engineer (AI Agents & Orchestration) to build software services and instructor interfaces that connect AI capabilities to the H-1 flight simulator.

You will develop real-time services that process voice requests and route them to the appropriate AI capability. You will implement interfaces with the simulator, build browser-based tools for instructors to review system behavior and training results, and ensure thorough traceability, logging,

Qualifications

5-8 years of software engineering experience using Python and other languages.
Experience building real-time or streaming services.
Experience developing browser-based UI and backend services.
Experience with containers and CI in regulated environments.
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

Develop software services that connect voice input, transcription, AI agents, and spoken responses in real-time.
Build interfaces between AI services and the flight simulator.
Develop browser-based tools for instructors to review system behavior and training results.
Implement traceability, logging, and controls to understand system behavior.
Develop automated tests and deliver software fixes.
