Qualifications

  • Two years of clerical or technical office experience.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly customer service to the public.
  • Research and maintain real property and sales information.
  • Research parcel splits, ownership, and records.
  • Process, scan, and maintain records.
  • Maintain databases and spreadsheets.
  • Coordinate building permits information with municipalities.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports and materials.
  • Assist with appeals and Board of Equalization documentation.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy.
  • Perform calculations and reconcile totals.
  • Coordinate assessment activities with departments.
  • Maintain inventories and records.
