Job summary

Global Credit Union is seeking a Real Property Specialist II to maintain property information and support budgets, documents, and energy efficiency initiatives.

Responsibilities include maintaining property documents, drafting floorplans and drawings, analysis and invoicing, and coordinating with landlords, tenants, and vendors while advancing systems and policies. A associates degree or higher in related field is required along with 3 years of property management experience.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in construction, facility or property management.
• Three years of experience in property management or related field.
• Proficiency with budgeting, document management and energy efficiency.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property documents, drawings, and information; ensure accuracy.
• Monitor energy usage, insurance, and property payments.
• Draft and update floorplans, as-builts, and drawings.
• Complete analysis, invoicing, and payments.
• Assist in budgets, documents, spreadsheets, and summaries.
• Work with landlords, neighbors, tenants, and vendors.
• Support management in advancing systems and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
