Job summary

CSEngineering is seeking a Realty Specialist to review floor plans, surveys, and non-spatial data, and maintain real property data in the space reporting tool in coordination with GIS and engineering staff. The role also involves digitizing large construction documents/maps and ensuring accurate filing per federal guidelines.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree in Law, Property Management, or Construction Management and have at least two years’ experience in land use or realty offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Property Management, or Construction Management with relevant coursework.
• Experience in land use or realty office environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review floor plans, surveys, and non-spatial data, updating in the space reporting tool in coordination with GIS and engineering staff.
• Scan large construction documents/maps into digital format.
• Know and apply real property principles, rules, regulations, and applicable statutes and policies.
• Maintain accurate filing of documents and records per federal and installation guidelines.
• Communicate fluently in English, negotiate complex issues, and maintain good working relationships.
